We help Fortune 500 companies and high-growth enterprises set up, scale, and transform Global Capability Centers, supply chains, and operations.
Every enduring enterprise begins with a single, well-planted bean.
We founded Beanz Consulting on a simple conviction: sustainable transformation starts with getting the fundamentals right. The right foundation, the right people, the right systems — planted with precision and nurtured with discipline.
We don't offer quick fixes or borrowed templates. We build from the ground up — ensuring every capability we establish is designed to endure and compound over time.

An IIT Bombay alumnus and engineer at heart, Viraj spent twenty years inside the machine.
Not advising from the outside. Not reviewing decks in a boardroom. But building, scaling, and fixing things from the inside — across three continents, multiple Fortune 500 companies, and some of the most complex supply chain and capability challenges in the industry.
It started at Procter & Gamble, where he cut his teeth across procurement, contract manufacturing, core manufacturing, planning, and logistics. He helped launch P&G's Planning Service Centres (GCC) in China and Singapore from scratch — while working within the company's rigorous Integrated Work Systems framework. This is where the engineer learned to think in systems.
At General Mills, he took charge of the entire IMEA and India supply chain — launching 9 sites in 18 months and driving S&OP excellence across the region. This is where the operator learned to move fast without breaking things.
Then came the big one. Kraft Heinz handed him a blank page and a mandate: build India's first-ever Global Capability Center. Not in Bangalore or Hyderabad — but in a tier-2 city, where the right talent existed but nobody was looking. He built a centre with an installed capacity of 1,000+ people across 20+ centres of excellence. In the first three years of the startup, the results spoke for themselves — under 5% attrition against an industry average of 20%, employee engagement scores above 85%, and the highest Net Promoter Score in the organisation's global GBS history.
Two decades. Three continents. One consistent thread: Viraj doesn't just advise on operations — he's the person companies call when something needs to actually get built.
Today, Viraj runs Beanz Consulting — and the mandate has flipped. After two decades of building for others, he now helps companies build for themselves, the right way, in the right place.
In just the last two years, he has advised 10+ global enterprises — and counting. Not with borrowed frameworks or recycled slide decks, but with the instinct of someone who's sat in the chair, made the calls, and knows exactly what it takes to make a GCC actually work. From location study and talent architecture to pay structures, culture design, and attrition control.
Having built a GCC from the ground up in a tier-2 city, Viraj also brings a perspective most advisors simply don't have — that the right location isn't always the obvious one. Sometimes the strongest talent, the best retention, and the deepest cultural alignment are found outside the usual metros.
His work extends beyond GCC setups. He leads organisational transformation engagements — designing customised leadership development programmes, strengthening culture, and improving employee morale for fast-growing organisations navigating the complexity that comes with rapid scale. He recently designed and delivered a Supply Chain Academy for a leading conglomerate — standardising talent capability across the organisation and building a structured path to upgrade it to the next level.

Most consulting firms optimise for engagement length.
We optimise for time to self-sufficiency.
Our work is rooted in two decades of building, not advising. We've sat in the chair, made the calls, and know the difference between a framework that looks good on a slide and one that actually survives Monday morning.
This is where Beanz Consulting was born — and where our experience runs deepest. Our founder built a GCC from a blank page to 1,000+ installed capacity across 20+ Centres of Excellence, with under 5% attrition against an industry average of 20%.
We advise across the full GCC lifecycle — from feasibility and location strategy (including tier-2 cities where the right talent exists but nobody's looking) to organisational design, pay benchmarking, culture architecture, and the governance models that determine whether your centre becomes a strategic asset or an expensive back office.
We also work with companies whose existing GCCs aren't delivering the value they should — whether it's climbing attrition, flat engagement, or a centre that still feels like a cost line.
Our founder spent nearly two decades inside the supply chains of P&G, General Mills, and Kraft Heinz — not reviewing them from the outside, but running them. Procurement, planning, logistics, contract manufacturing, S&OP across three continents.
That operating experience shapes everything we do. We design networks that actually work — with the right cost structure, service levels, and balance between resilience and efficiency. Whether you're redesigning your supply network, fixing a broken S&OP process, or trying to take 15% out of your total cost of ownership — we bring the practitioner's lens most advisory firms can't.
Operational excellence isn't a project — it's a way of working. We learned this inside P&G's Integrated Work Systems and have been applying those principles across industries ever since.
We work on the shop floor and in the boardroom. Loss analysis to find where value is leaking. Daily management systems to make performance visible. HPO design to build the structures and rhythms that make excellence sustainable — not dependent on heroics. The goal is to transform how your teams think, measure, and improve — permanently.
Great centres are built by great people. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, our founder works directly with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and high-potential managers to unlock performance through a strengths-based approach.
Every engagement begins with CliftonStrengths assessments and is tailored to the individual's context — their role, team dynamics, and organisational challenges. We also design and deliver multi-cohort leadership development programmes that build leadership muscle across the organisation, not just at the top.
Some organisations don't need a GCC or a supply chain overhaul — they need someone to help them navigate the complexity that comes with rapid scale. Culture is fraying, leadership is stretched, and the systems that worked at 200 people are buckling at 2,000.
We lead organisational transformation engagements that go beyond restructuring — strengthening culture intentionally, building operating rhythms, and designing governance systems that let fast-growing organisations scale without losing what made them special. This also extends to GBS design and optimisation — shared services blueprints, process standardisation, and service centre operating models that deliver real efficiency.
We recently designed and delivered a Supply Chain Academy for a leading conglomerate — standardising talent capability across the organisation and building a structured path to the next level. That's the kind of work we do here.
We build structured capability programmes — with curricula, assessments, progression paths, and real impact metrics — that become a permanent part of your development infrastructure. Whether it's Lean operations, supply chain fundamentals, leadership essentials, or a fully custom academy — we build programmes that compound over time, not just tick a training box.
Every engagement follows a clear, four-phase approach — designed to move from insight to impact efficiently, with full transparency at every stage.
We focus on strategic transformation and capability building. If you need any of the following, we're probably not the right fit — and we'd rather be upfront about it.
